Operating Leases: Off balance sheet treatment that may enhance financial results.
Finance Leases: Fund 100% of the equipment cost with structures and payment schedules customized to fit your business situation.
Terminal Rental Adjustments Clause (TRAC) Leases: Tax Leases that will have a stated value for the equipment at the end of the lease; specifically structured for titled commercial vehicles.
Sale/Lease-Back Transactions: Customer sells equipment that has high depreciation characteristics and leases it back. This provides working capital and allows for upgrades of critical equipment on a more frequent basis.
Municipal Tax Exempt Leases: These leases provide financing of capital equipment for counties, schools and cities.
Additional Bank Products: Unlike most lease providers, Bank of the Ozarks Leasing is able to provide a host of lending products through our commercial lending division. We are able to meet all of your needs with a single point of contact.
